Out on Fat Beats, Pharoahe Monch’s new group, th1rt3en sets out to “Kill “Em All Again.” Off of their latest album, A Magnificent Day For An Exorcism, this energy filled song had been stuck in my head for a couple of days, which made it my top choice for this week’s update of Fresh Kicks: Boom Bap. The album by th1rt3en and Pharoahe Monch is a dark hybrid of rock and hip-hop, without going to far in either direction. Listen below:
