Los Angeles artist, Carlo Errin discusses mental health struggles and gaining traction in the music industry on his latest project HOLLOW. Carlo focuses on storytelling to connect with his audiences and uses multiple genres to demonstrate his points. Speaking from a a perspective of feeling emptiness, Carlo starts his self described, “Longest Therapy Session,” which was the original working-title for the project, with the title track “Hollow.”
Carlo is a member of the creative collective Hollywood Rejects INC. Inspiration from a wide-range of artists helps Errin move seamlessly from genre to genre. Carlo’s influences include Amine, BROCKHAMPTON, The Weeknd, Dominic Fike, Denzel Curry & more. On the track “Daisy (S.O.S.)” (feat. 4J) Errin brings a sound reminiscent of early 2000s hip-hop/R&B.
