Suitland, Maryland-based hip-hop artist, Nëk, delivers his first project of 2023 with the EP, Spirit Flow Reloaded (DarkMode). Nëk is a DMV-area rapper who released his debut single, “Toxic Drama,” in December, 2022. His EP, Spirit Flow Reloaded (DarkMode), is the deluxe edition to his debut EP, Spirit Flow, which includes 3 new tracks. The project features slowed down boom-bap production with jazzy loops and pounding bass. Nëk displays his lyrical ability on each track with his laid back flow and deep drawling voice. The EP present a unique blend of hip-hop, jazz, and R&B which sets the groundwork for Nëk rapping about topics ranging from spirituality, generational curses, psychology, and more.
