Toronto, Canada-based DJ and producer, TLO, links up with emcee, pHoenix Pagliacci, for their new single, “Crown.” This track hits hard with epic soul chops, boom-bap drums, and swift cuts from TLO, and royal lyricism from pHoenix. Speaking on the making of the track, TLO stated, “I released a beat tape in 2022 and shared it with Phoenix and she was inspired by one of the beats and quickly wrote and recorded this song. Needless to say she spazzed out and this became an instant vibe.”
“Crown” by TLO and pHoenix Pagliacci was released to digital streaming platforms on February 15th, 2023 and is now playing on Fresh Kicks: Boom Bap.
