In this track, she collaborates with Ev Jones, who enhances Madame Wu’s emotional lyrics that explore the sadness and helplessness surrounding domestic violence. Written from a first-person perspective, the song brings attention to a critical issue affecting many women in Australia.

Madame Wu states, “This story is not my own. Learning about another tragic death due to domestic violence filled me with helplessness. Writing it was my way of processing that sadness and personalizing a painful reality.”
