Northern Ireland-based hip-hop producer Professor Mono collaborates with A-F-R-O and Chris Caul on the new single “The Love Chemical.” Professor Mono, also known as Chops, was one of the founding members of the Northern Irish hip-hop group Team Fresh. After a decade-long hiatus, he is back in the music scene.
His latest single, “The Love Chemical,” is an uplifting hip-hop track featuring a catchy, punchy beat and a diverse range of instruments, primarily strings. The song tells a love story with a twist, rapped by A-F-R-O, one of the hottest MCs in the US hip-hop scene. The track is completed with impressive turntable scratches by Chris Caul, a legend from Belfast.
