Originally written pre-Covid, Elmnt explains how he had been looking at the world “Sideways,” a message that can find even deeper meaning with everything that has happened within the past year.
“Sideways” is an extraordinary song which is co-produced by Montreal’s Burton White and Nidal Eradi, known as Resort 46, using live instrumentation. The verses from Elmnt are introspective in essence an represent the struggles and internal dialogue which occurs when attempting to break a cycle of complacency to view the world in a different light.
