London MC, Shai Sevin drops his debut EP asking to, GIMMI£ 5 MINS. Building off of a classic hip-hop sound with future-minded production, Shai delivers an an intriguing introduction to himself as an artist. Growing up in South West London, Shai Sevin became a man of many talents, handling the songwriting, production, and engineering, on top of being an artist.
When speaking on the production and songwriting process of the project Shai said, “I started to create some instrumentals and had them on repeat in my headphones whilst travelling from A-B through London. As I was thinking of concepts for each track, it felt like there was a natural thread for the EP, without even forcing it.” GIMMI£ 5 MINS by Shai Sevin was released on all digital platforms on November 5th 2021 and is no streaming on Fresh Kicks: Boom Bap.
