Apocraphe highlights the need to escape during turbulent times with his latest album The Escapist Handbook. Released on June 1st, 2021, The Escapist Handbook displays Apocraphe’s diversity and ability to move through genre’s within hip-hop. The album starts with UK-drill inspired “Many Lives (Bury My Dead)”.
Apocraphe links with Jahnell, Scorzayzee, and Verbs of Iron Bridge on the steampunk boom-bap banger “City of Lost Children” which is a political statement and call to action to raise awareness of the political elite linked to the Jeffrey Epstein pedophilia ring.
The title track, “The Escapist Handbook” features classic golden era hip-hop vibes with funky samples and bangin’ boom-bap breaks.
